This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application TapPulse ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use it. TapPulse is developed and published by Daynix Studio.

Short version: TapPulse is a completely offline game. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. All your game data stays on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

TapPulse does not collect any personal information from its users. Specifically, we do not collect:

Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact details.
Your location or device identifiers.
Your photos, contacts, files, or any other personal content.
Any account information — the App has no login or registration system.
Analytics, usage tracking, or crash reports.
Advertising identifiers of any kind.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

TapPulse saves the following information locally on your device only, using your device's private storage:

High scores and best combos per game mode.
Total hits, misses, accuracy, and reaction time statistics.
Achievement progress and unlocked achievements.
Unlocked visual themes and your current theme selection.
Daily challenge progress and streak counter.
Your settings (haptic feedback, colorblind mode, handedness).
A one-time flag indicating that you have completed the tutorial.

This information never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us, to Daynix Studio, or to any third party. You can erase all of it at any time by using the Reset Game Data option in the App's Settings, or by uninstalling the App.

3. Internet Access

TapPulse does not require an internet connection to function. The App does not contact any server, does not download or upload data, and does not communicate with any external service.

4. Third-Party Services

TapPulse does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media SDKs, crash reporting services, or cloud backup services.

5. Children's Privacy

TapPulse is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, no personal data is collected from children or from any other users.

6. Permissions

TapPulse requests the minimum permissions required for its features. The App may use the device vibration feature to provide haptic feedback during gameplay. You can disable haptic feedback at any time from the Settings screen.

7. Data Security

Because no personal information is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of being intercepted, lost, or misused by us. Game data stored on your device is protected by your device's own operating system.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Because TapPulse does not collect personal information, changes to this policy will not affect any personal data of yours.

9. Governing Information

TapPulse is developed and maintained by Daynix Studio. By downloading and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
